Private Health Partnership (PHP) has bought Health Care Matters following the retirement of George Connelly.
PHP, established in 1989 and now part of the Skipton Building Society, said it had bought Health Care Matters for an undisclosed sum.
Connelly said that he felt that PHP's commitment to treating customers fairly had convinced him that it would continue to look after his clients.
