Members of the Association of Medical Insurance Intermediaries (AMII) will be voting for just one candidate in its chairmanship elections on April 28.
The sole candidate is now Andrew Tripp, who is chairman of Perfect Health Insurance Services.
This follows the withdrawl of Wayne Pontin, business development director at Jelf Group, from the race to suceed Mike Izzard (pictured) as chairman of AMII for personal reasons. Both are current members of the AMII executive commitee.
The vote will still need to go ahead under AMII rules, regardless of the lack of choice.
