Cirencester friendly is to upgrade its IT system as part of its overall development strategy.
It will replace the existing legacy IT systems with the support of a knowledge transfer partnership arrangement with the University of the West of England (UWE).
The provider says it will be undertaken over a two and half year period and will ultimately enhance its overall efficiency.
The relationship will also give it access to a wider range of IT project management skills and financial support to improve the existing computer framework.
Paul Hudson, Chief Executive of Cirencester friendly, believes the agreement will allow the business to build in a financially responsible way.
"The streamlining of existing frameworks will in turn boost overall efficiency and reduce cost to members," he says.
"This will support and help us to be well placed to continue the Society's ambitious development strategy to grow market share through product innovation and development while staying true to our Holloway roots."
