This name and shame report is spot on.I have been trying to get my money out of both Windsor and Pheonix for months.They are world class at having an in house regime which will cause delays at every link in the chain.They are both a disgrace to the industry and its even more shameful that the FSA,a body that we trust to police such matters,knowingly,willfully and willingly seem to turn a blind eye.

As an adviser I think its about time name and shame came out, we spend many many man hours trying to arrange Open Market Annuities. I find it apauling in this day and age of technology that this can not be made simpler. One standard form like the multi enhanced application would be a big step forward. My top company has to be Standard Life, their systems are second to none, my worst is AXA. Would be intereting to hear from other advisers
