what planet are you from?
What a complete load of tosh. Try convincing the tens of thousands of cautious investors who were persuaded by chaps like you to put there hard earned money into supposedly 'safe' 'secure' 'guaranteed capital return' products that you are spouting on about -and are now living on the breadline without income or capital awaiting FSCS to get their act together to (maybe) compensate the victims of Lehmans ,NDFA,ARC,DRL and Keydata -your wonderful structured products that have gone bust - or simply disappeared with Elias and other fraudsters.

get your facts right
Mr Rippedoff - please dont mix up structured products with Keydata defined income plans, mixing the two is a clear sign of ignorance. To clarify further, David Elias owned the bond company in which the defined income plan was wrapped in. A fraudster HE may be, but please dont tarnish him with the same brush. Incidentally, did you see Lehman brothers going bust? No? No one did. You are right to feel aggrieved your clients have lost money but please dont tarnish structured products purerly because you are looking for something to blame.
