hardship?
unbelievable! first of all, how can a company operating on this basis be allowed to continue anyway? i cannot see how this type of business can possibly meet TCF standards etc secondly, does the regulator not understand the potentially catastrophic situation that could be borne as a result of lapsed life policies? £25k would not even begin to make the point.
