What do you care harry. Get out more. get on with your job. Why is he a flogger? Judge by turnover because thats how successful businesses are judged. Of course its earnings, why would £1.2m be a successful person. Also why do you think they havent taken complaints, persistency etc into account. You'll be familiar with transference in terms of psychology. Give the guy some credit. He has perfomed well and Sesame have an excellent businessman and you clearly are not busy at all. Go and do some work
