Priorities
Good to see that Towry Law have their priorities right, get the advisers tied up in legal fights and let the clients suffer ! Its gone very quite at the top, maybe the FSA should look at this debacle as they did with Park Row

Where Did You Get This Fact From?
This is to Will Roberts, the reporter on this article You state in the article "Edward Jones clients were advised by their IFAs, who were leaving the firm prior to its takoever, to transfer their assets from the firm's in-house system to Ascentric" By making this statement you are implying that Edward Jones advisers broke their contracts - I think you quickly need to clarify your statement and I would be very interested in where you got this incorrect information from in the first place. I also think that you do not understand, or you have been misinformed, about the timing and events of the takeover. Other than that it's about time there was more news like this on how Towry's poor service to customers to affecting the broader industry. And there's alot more to this story I'm sure.
