Adrian Martin was appointed executive chairman of RSM Tenon as the advisory firm's chief executive Andy Raynor and chairman Bob Morton stepped down.
Private Health Partnership (PHP) appointed Andrew Middleton as head of sales. He was previously head of personal lines and SME at the firm.
ITM has appointed Nathan Jones as a senior consultant. Jones joins from PwC where he was a senior associate.
WAY Group has appointed Gabrielle Knights as manager of its Asian spice fund; Peter Hugh Smith as head of investment proposition, and Nick Godfrey as head of sales and distribution.
MetLife has appointed Mike Hocking as regional sales director for the Midlands. Hocking was previously senior sales development manager at the insurer.
