What's the one thing the financial services industry would like to see changed? We asked the question to some of this year's Gold Standard Award winners during a ceremony at the House of Commons.

This year's Gold Standard Award winners highlight what actions they think the industry should be taking. Key concerns include commitment to education, more openess and transparency, removal of bias and to stop looking inward and think more about the consumer.
