Abbey for Intermediaries (AfI) and Alliance & Leicester Intermediary sales are to mark the launch of their new integrated sales force by introducing two broker exclusive products.
Abbey is to launch a fee-free two-year fixed product at 3.99%, available up to 75% LTV with free valuation and £250 cashback on completion.Alliance & Leicester is to launch a two-year fixed deal at 5.79%, available up to 85% LTV, with a 1%, free valuation and £200 cashback.
The firms say the integration of both sales forces will provide intermediaries with one point of contact and information for both brands, which it believes will save time and make it easier for intermediaries to find the right product for their clients' needs.
"In the current market conditions, many borrowers are turning to fixed rates for peace of mind and we expect our new broker exclusive two-year fixed products to be extremely popular with intermediaries and their clients alike," says Ricky Okey, managing director of intermediary distribution for Abbey and Alliance & Leicester.
"We are committed to providing intermediaries with both competitive products and good service and so are delighted to mark the launch of our sales force integration with this intermediary exclusive."
