F&C has made redundancies across its retail sales division in a restructure of its adviser-facing team.
The fund manager confirmed strategic partners sales director Robin Brown and investment funds sales director Andrew Dolan have left the company as a result of the changes, which will see an adjustment to the firm's regional sales areas.
IFAonline also understands South West investment funds sales director Tracey Peters' current role is being made redundant.
Brown was responsible for the Southern UK region, while Dolan worked across the Midlands.
F&C corporate affairs head Jason Hollands could not confirm or deny Peters' position.
"We can't comment on other individuals who are still in discussion with the company about roles or responsibilities," he says.
F&C says while the restructure will result in changes to the team, the overall net reduction in headcount will be just one person.
The news comes just a day after Gartmore made its head of asset manager sales Simon Clark and head of strategic partners Julian Hince redundant.
