A website designed to help advisers meet their compliance and regulatory targets has been re-launched.

Competent Adviser now boasts a reporting suite enabling firms to demonstrate they are complying with the FSA’s treating customers fairly (TCF) principles.

In addition, the revamped site enables firms to assess all aspects of the competency process from performance at an individual level to company wide training issues.

The system also provides firms with the necessary audit trail to fully comply with FSA needs.

Competent Adviser’s Learning Zone has been redesigned to provide finger tip access to the key information required to operate within a regulatory environment across all aspects of an organisation. This can be used as a stand alone learning tool or as part of a firm’s bespoke Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme.

“We pride ourselves on being able to offer our clients a truly bespoke knowledge solution, tailor-made to match their specific requirements,” says Gillian Tait, director at Competent Adviser.

“Whether firms are looking for a one-off competency testing facility, an on-going fully functional T&C solution or anything in between, our award winning system has the flexibility to match their needs.

“Technology plays an integral part in all aspects of business and in order to stay ahead of the competition it is a must to invest time, resource and energy in the right direction. We believe all the enhancements we have made are of true benefit to the end user.”
