Nucleus Financial is holding its third round of user sessions, designed to offer development training to all advisers and administrators using the platform.

The sessions, which will take place from 28th-30th April in Edinburgh, Manchester and London, also aim to capture feedback on the functionality of the platform with a view to its continual improvement.

This year the format of the user sessions has been amended following feedback from advisers. The groups will be split into new and more experienced users. The latter group will focus on some of the recent technological enhancements to the platform including model portfolio rebalancing and asset migration tools.

"There have been some significant enhancements to the platform since the last user sessions took place, namely the model portfolio and bulk switching tools," says Rebecca Christensen, communications director at Nucleus.

"I feel the latest sessions will allow users of the platform to optimise their experience of these facilities, and ultimately the experience and quality of service offered to their clients."
