Recently-launched fund house Stellar Asset Management is hitting the road to promote its new Baltic States fund.

Stellar will host a series of IFA roadshows giving more details on the vehicle, which invests in Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian property opportunities.

"The Baltic States fund is exploiting a real estate market that is less than ten years old and so should generate good value for investors over the life of the fund,” Stellar marketing director Gordon Pugh says.

“The roadshows are a chance for IFAs to find out more about Stellar Asset Management and how their clients can benefit from investing in this area of emerging Europe, which is one of the most dynamic property markets in the EU.”

The timetable is (week commencing):

  • 26 May – London, the South East and South West
  • 2 June – Midlands and East Anglia
  • 9 June – Yorkshire and the North East
  • 16 June – Wales and the North West
  • 23 June – Northern Ireland and Scotland

Advisers wishing to attend can call 020 3326 0684.
