PR officials for Practiv, the technology company, have just confirmed Paul Smee will be staying on as non-executive director.

It was not clear earlier this week whether Smee would give up his role on the Practiv board, when he revealed he would be stepping down as director general of the Aifa to become chief executive of the Association of Payment and Clearing Services.

A spokesman for Practiv says Smee will continue to work with Practive as the two roles complement eachother.
