Pioneer Friendly Society will be conducting a series of training and development seminars around the UK from next month, focussing on the importance of income protection.
The seminars will tackle industry issues such as the forthcoming new deal for welfare and the importance of income protection (IP) within an intermediary’s overall treating customers fairly (TCF) strategy.
They will take place around the UK and will last for one hour, with the first seminar on 6 February in Oldham.
Andrew Chapman, chief executive of Pioneer, says: “With TCF at the forefront of advisers’ minds, few can argue the importance of comprehensive IP insurance, especially in light of the current crusade against payment protection insurance.”
Intermediaries can register on the ‘training and development events’ page of Pioneer’s website or by calling 01225 895110.
