Yorkshire Bank is offering new customers the chance to remortgage without paying any fees for a limited period this summer.
Customers from other lenders who wish to remortgage this August will have arrangement fees waived by Yorkshire Bank.
The deal applies to fixed-rate, offset, flexible and tracker mortgages, with a similar offer also available to first time buyers.
Free legal and valuation fees are available for those customers using Yorkshire’s appointed solicitors.
Gary Lumby, head of retail at Yorkshire, says: “We know people are feeling the pinch right now and want to help make mortgages more affordable.
“Instead of homeowners having to switch to a Standard Variable Rate when their mortgage term expires with their existing lender, we will work with them to look for the right mortgage rate and waive the arrangement fee.”
The deal is only available for mortgages of more than £30,000 and does not cover investment property.
