Aegon has launched a whole of market investment and retirement solution to help advisers create professional financial plans for their clients.

Based on Distribution Technology’s Dynamic Planner tool, advisers can now assess a client’s attitude to risk and build a portfolio of investments.

They can also perform comprehensive cash-flow forecasting and lifetime goal planning and capture all current client holdings.

The new planning tool can assist in pension consolidation, modelling transfer values and income streams from a client’s existing arrangements.

Gordon Greig, head of individual marketing at AEGON UK, says: "It has never been so critical for financial advisers to demonstrate the steps they have taken to reach a product or fund recommendation. Using our Investment and Retirement Planner this can be achieved quickly and consistently and at the same time, potentially add substantial value to an adviser’s relationship with their client."

Financial advisers can try out the free investment and retirement planning tool at www.aegonse.co.uk/irp.

Alternatively, they can speak to their local consultant to find out more information.
