Positive Solutions has added access to the ifs School of Finance Diploma for financial advisers through its Learning Academy.

Advisers can enroll on the ifs School of Finance's DipFA programme for October 2009 and January 2010 either by registering through the Learning Academy or by calling the ifs School of Finance customer services team.

They will receive access to a "my ifslearning" section of the Learning Academy and information about the course, the study process, pre-course knowledge requirements, knowledge gap analysis.

Advisers also receive a range of subject planners and ongoing support through the year-long study programmes.

Lee McGrath, head of the Learning Academy, says: "Raising professional standards has become essential to advisers' future success with the Retail Distribution Review proposals, setting a clear deadline for meeting a higher benchmark. We have had very strong take-up for the CII exams but expect the ifs School of Finance to generate significant interest from Partners who prefer its structure."
