Novia is linking up with The Pension Performance Review Company to provide advisers with a system for simplifying the process of transferring pensions on wraps.

The "specialist report generation software" is designed, says Novia, to allow advisers to create pension transfer suitability reports when recommending wrap providers.

Novia points out that that approximately 75% of assets sitting on wraps are destined to fund retirement.

""Retirement planning is for many advisers and their customers the most important component of a wrap, however, it is similarly one that can be fraught with logistical and process issues," says Martin Broomfield, Head of Marketing at Novia.

"By combining the benefits of this software system with the flexibility of the Novia SIPP, it opens up the opportunity for the adviser community to confidently tackle pension transfer discussions".

The tie-up with The Pension Performance Review Company comes on the back of the wrap provider linking up with Voyant to launch a life planning software tool.
