A website connecting advisers looking to sell their businesses or client banks with those seeking to expand has been launched.

Founders IFA Logic say the site serves both sides of the market equally, matching principals on factors including price, location and client bank size, among other things.

Advisers can pay a one-off subscription fee of £250, which covers two years, or £15 per month with three months' notice if firms want to cancel. As a result, sellers keep 100% of the purchase price.

The deal includes a free, two-hour legal consultation for every IFA Logic member once a purchase has been agreed, to ensure all parties are happy with the agreement.

Once registered with IFA Logic, a member of the team contacts the joining IFA. It later connects members by informing sellers of buyers' interest.
