HSBC will launch a two-year discounted mortgage at 1.99% available up to 60% LTV on Monday.
The product comes with a £999 booking fee and a maximum loan size of £250,000.
The new deal is in addition to the two-year discount mortgage at 2.94% and 70% LTV with a £499 fee which HSBC already offers.
