Martin Reynolds, director of business development at PMS, has decided to leave the firm to pursue new challenges.
John Cupis, managing director of PMS, will assume day to day responsibility for Reynolds' role.
Cupis thanked Reynolds for his hard work at PMS, adding he had been instrumental in helping the firm expand its regulatory support and in designing protection and savings products for the firm.
Cupis says: "Martin has played a valuable role in helping to deliver a range of market leading propositions that have contributed to PMS's continued success. We are in a very strong position to continue moving forward and deliver even greater value to mortgage brokers."
Reynolds says he is proud to have contributed to PMS's success over the last few years.
"I feel that the time is now right for me to move on to new challenges, but I fully expect PMS's success to continue in its drive to be the UK's leading support services provider for mortgage intermediaries," he says.
Reynolds joined PMS in June 2008 and served as manager before becoming director of business development in January 2009.
Previously he worked as commercial director at ex-specialist lender Edeus between May 2006 and May 2008 and head of sales at Birmingham Midshires from 1995 to 2006.
