Novia has launched a reporting and management information system to help advisers with the transition from a commission to fee-based system.

Report Zone, says Novia, offers advisers reports ranging from client valuations, income distribution, investments and product wrappers, adding value to both businesses and client relationships ahead of the RDR.

It offers firms quick access to data which can be analysed and manipulated to aid business management and TCF monitoring. This, Novia adds, will improve business reporting efficiency and compliance management.

From the client perspective it provides reporting on all product wrappers showing anything from investment activity to profit and loss.

"Advisers are facing a challenging migration from commission to fees, both from a business perspective, and managing their client relationships," says Novia CEO Bill Vasilieff.

"Report Zone is a genuinely innovative solution to assist in this transition as it supports advisers in running their businesses more effectively."
