Novia has recruited Pippa Russell as head of corporate communications.

Russell, who has been working in the US for the last two years, joins the marketing team this month, reporting to CEO Bill Vasilieff. She previously worked at Novia on its initial launch in 2008.

"We are obviously delighted to have Pippa on board, I have worked with her in the past at Selestia as well as at the launch of Novia and have been constantly impressed by her hard work and real enthusiasm for the job," says Vasilieff (pictured). "She has a real understanding for the market and will be a great asset to the team."

He added the wrap will continue to expand its team and is currently recruiting for the sales division. In February the company is moving to bigger offices in Bath and also plans to grow its distribution capacity.

Vasilieff hailed 2010 a "terrific" year with the volume of sales significantly up from the previous year.

Russell says: "I am very excited to be joining such a dynamic and expanding team. Novia has a fantastic, market leading proposition with a strong reputation for excellence in service as well as an award winning technology proposition."
