Martin Jennings is to leave Axa, but he isn't the only one...

Martin Jennings, managing director of Axa Elevate, and Ian Thomas, Axa Wealth's head of customer experience are among about 20 staff to be made redundant following a company restructure.

IFA network Openwork has appointed Peter Smith and Mike Starkie, both formerly of Caerus Wealth, as national development directors.

Novia has hired former Skandia UK sales director Dave Chessell as regional sales manager for London and the South East.

Nucleus, the IFA-owned and controlled wrap platform, has appointed Terry Huddart and Jenna Bennie as technical communications manager and people & development manager respectively.
