Positive Solutions will target advisers' successful transition to fee charging in its latest round of nationwide Wealth Synergy roadshows.
Central to the events is how to communicate the new charging structure to clients, which is a conversation Positive Solutions says will directly influence advisers' chances of future success.
The nine roadshows will demonstrate Positive Solutions' online Evolution toolkit at open events across the UK throughout March.
Each roadshow will include an update from Positive Solutions' chief executive Jim Reeve on business development plans.
Positive Solutions backs client segmentation as the first step for advisers preparing to switch to charging models and who want to become more efficient and profitable businesses.
Speakers from insurer Zurich and The Ideas Lab's Robert Reid will run a practical, interactive workshop on the seven stages to successfully segmenting a client bank.
Investment managers 7IM will provide an overview of the global economy, with particular focus on the opportunities available in the current investment market.
Meanwhile, Zurich will outline a series of tax planning solutions advisers can use to help clients.
The events are free to attend. To book a place telephone 0800 953 0262. Another round of Synergy events on business transition ahead of the RDR will take place in June.
