Capita Financial Software is hosting a platform comparison and due diligence day for advisers in June.
The free Elevate-sponsored event at the Tower of London on 9 June will focus on the FSA's due diligence requirements for platforms.
"With the back-drop of CP 10/29 (the FSA's consultation paper on platforms published in November) it is important advisers conduct adequate due diligence on platforms and consider all aspects of each proposition, including the types of wrappers and funds available," Capital managing director Adam Byford said.
In addition to speaking slots from hosts and sponsors, Aviva, Royal London 360, Fidelity FundsNetwork and Holly Mackay of The Platforum will present on topics including client segmentation, regulation and the past, present and future of the platform market.
There will also be a live demonstration of the latest version of Synaptic Comparator - Capita's comparison and due diligence tool.
Synaptic Comparator will be rolled-out to all SimplyBiz members on a trial basis over the next two months.
The due diligence day is free for advisers to attend. For more information CLICK HERE.
