Fidelity International has launched a finance channel on YouTube for consumers and advisers.

The FidelityUK channel, open to all audiences from start-ups to professional investors, includes guides, market commentary, fund manager updates, investment insights and reaction to current news and issues.

"Setting up a YouTube channel was the next step for us, having already launched Twitter and Facebook accounts and the Fidelity iPhone app over the last couple of years," said head of UK Personal Investments at Fidelity International Rob Fisher.

"The YouTube channel is designed to complement the information we are sending out via Twitter and Facebook, providing more in-depth analysis into what our managers are thinking and what our commentators are saying, and offering opinion on topical news as it happens."

Some of the videos currently available to view include an interview with Sanjeev Shah, an investment insight from Ian Spreadbury and a guide to investing with Fidelity International.
