F&C Investments has recruited Tracy Fennell as group head of marketing. Fennell joins from Scottish Widows Investment Partnership. Meanwhile, the company has also appointed Jonathan Mann as head of emerging market debt.
Alternative investment specialist Frontier Investment Management has appointed Simon Liang as an analyst on its investment team.
Aegon has appointed Simon Skinner as CEO of Aegon Ireland. He replaces David Healy who will leave the company at the end of the month after 14 years as managing director.
Baring Asset Management has brought in Faisal Ali as an investment manager in its emerging markets debt team. He joins from Observatory Capital.
The National Association of Pension Funds has appointed Ruston Smith as the next chairman of its Retirement Policy Council. Smith is the group pensions and insurable risk director of Tesco.
