Resolution has appointed Tim Tookey as chief financial officer of its UK Life Project. He joins from Lloyds Banking Group, where he was group finance director.
Fidelity Worldwide Investment has appointed Paras Anand to the new position of head of pan-European equities and Richard Lewis as head of global equities, also a new role at the business. The duo will report to chief investment officer Dominic Rossi. Anand joins the company in the New Year from F&C, where he is head of European equities.
LV= has hired Steve Lewis, founder of Retirement Partnership, as head of distribution for retirement products. Annuity Clearing House founder Peter Quinton will take up Lewis' former role.
F&C Investments has recruited Diliana Deltcheva as a fund manager in its Emerging Market Debt team. She has joined from ING Investment Management.
Santander Asset Management has appointed Renzo Desbordes and Helen Llorente as portfolio analysts within its Global Multi-Manager team.
JLT Investment Consulting, part of JLT Employee Benefits, has appointed AON Hewitt's Peter Martin as head of manager research and Alex Weiland from its own asset management team as head of development.
Cheshire-based advisory firm Smart Financial Planning has hired Martin Miller, previously of Ilkley's JPM Financial, as a financial planner. Miller will bring his existing clients to his new role.
