Perspective Financial Group has John Daly as its new Group Project Manager. He will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of client and investment propositions, and the development of the consolidator's wrap strategy.

Trevor Kelham has been appointed as director and international wealth advisor at Barclays Wealth. He was previously at Rothschild Trust Guernsey Limited.

David Cooper, marketing and distribution director at Just Retirement, has joined the board of Origo as a non-executive director.

Mark Winstanley has been appointed as a senior client relationship manager within HSBC's Workplace Retirement Services (WRS) business. He joins from PwC.

Skandia International, the offshore business of Old Mutual Wealth Management, has appointed Victor France as sales director with effect from 1 October.

Anne Filatotchev has been appointed Aviva's UK marketing director. She currently holds the same position at Aviva Life, having joined in 2008.

David Howell, managing director of Guardian Wealth Management, has been appointed to the executive committee of the Federation of European Independent Financial Advisers. He replaces former executive David Driver.
