Aegon is the latest major insurer to unveil its corporate pension “hub” for employers.

The website will provide employers with data on their workforces and tools to categorise their employees based on payroll information.

Due to go live in Q4 2012, the site will allow employers to manage employee communications, opt-out data and enrolment and re-enrolment data.

Paul McMahon, group marketing director at Aegon UK, said the site will be backed up by a dedicated pension reform website designed to keep employers abreast of changes to their responsibilities.

Last week, Friends Life revealed the details of its online suite of auto-enrolment tools for employers.
