Surrey-based adviser Web acquires rival firm

Web Financial Services has acquired Bryant Kesek Financial Services (BKFS), as part of a five-year expansion plan.

BKFS employs two IFAs, bringing the total at Web to seven.

Managing director Ross Butters said BKFS brings around £20m in funds, expanding the firm's total funds under management to over £150m.

CEO John Hughes added: "This acquisition will strengthen the business, allowing us to continue to grow, as planned, over the next five years."
