Openwork is launching an online support system to help its advisers target and segment their client base.

The ‘Smart Hub' service allows advisers access to client proposition brochures, stock market bulletins and personalised email templates. Materials can be accessed at any time and printed on demand.

Proposition and marketing director Philip Martin said the service is an integral part of the group's RDR preparation.

"The launch of our Smart Hub system will ensure our advisers have ready access to the professional materials they need to market their businesses more effectively this year and beyond."

Openwork also announced an overhaul of its marketing campaign materials - including adviser toolkits and client literature - to better support advisers when meeting new and existing clients.

Today's announcement follows a recent restructuring of its distribution support functions.
