Shortlist announced for International Fund And Product Awards 2009

The shortlist for the International Fund & Product Awards 2009 has now been announced.

As it is also the 10th anniversary of the awards, there will be special awards for Outstanding Services to the Offshore Industry and Best International Fund Performance (10 Years).

Commenting on this year's awards, chair of the judging panel Deborah Benn said: "Despite a difficult year for the financial sector, we have had some outstanding entries, which highlight the incredible work that goes on behind the scenes in the offshore sector. The quality of submissions just gets better each year."

The final stage of judging is now underway.

The Awards follow the annual Forum in London at The Brewery in London on Wednesday 13th May 2009.

The Forum is a unique conference focusing on key issues in the world of international investment and products, as well as efficient tax planning. The Award winners and highly commended entries will be announced at the Black Tie Gala Dinner in the evening.

The Awards are in honour and recognition of groups who distribute financial products on an international basis.
