Here we list who has moved where in another busy week in the offshore sector.

Financial services group WH Ireland has hired Lindsey Hamilton as head of wealth management to expand the division. She joins from Allied Irish Bank's Independent Financial Services, where she led the National High Net Worth Independent Regulated Sales force in the UK.

Prior to Allied Irish Bank, Hamilton spent five years with Barclays Independent Financial Planning and has previously worked for Woolwich Independent Financial Advisory Service and Noble Lowndes & Partners.

A number of her team are also joining WH Ireland from 21 September, including: Angela Wise, Jayesh Ratna, Panvir Thind, Zoltan Molnar and Christy Morrison.

Ben Surtees has taken over from Philip Ehrmann as manager of Jupiter Asset Management's £46m Jupiter Asian unit trust. He has worked on Jupiter's Asian desk since 2000 and has run the Jupiter Asia Pacific fund (Sicav) since 2005.

John Kelleher has been appointed the new chairman of law firm Carey Olsen. He will continue to be a partner and head of the Jersey litigation group and takes over the chairman's role from Anthony Olsen, who retired from the firm in June.

Russell Investments has promoted Irshaad Ahmad to managing director, UK. He joined the EMEA team from the business' Canadian branch which he joined in 2004.

Evelyn Brady has been made a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers CI LLP. Based in Guernsey, she provides assurance services to financial services firms in the Channel Islands, specializing in asset management and insurance. Brady previously worked at PwC Ireland as a Chartered Accountant.

Fairbairn Private Bank has hired Nigel Hawkins as senior private banker. He started his career HSBC Bank and then moved to Coutts and Co. He was most recently vice president of private banking for Bank of Montreal Private Bank, in Canada.

VAM Funds has appointed Triple A Partners as its sole representative in the Far East to promote its funds in the region. VAM has also hired Hong Kong-based Toby Bland of Enhanced Investment Products to manage the VAM Asia Income fund.
