Britannia Int launches two fixed rate accounts

Isle of Man-based offshore savings bank Britannia International has launched two fixed rate savings accounts.

The 1 Year Fixed Rate Deposit Account Issue 36 provides tiered interest with a top rate of 3.30% gross per annum AER on balances over £25,000 paid on maturity. And the 18 Month Fixed Rate Deposit Account Issue 5 is offering the same rate for the same balance. With this account a monthly interest option is available. The minimum sum for both accounts is £5,000 with a maximum deposit level of £1,000,000.

No withdrawals are permitted during the terms and both accounts are open on a strictly first come first served basis.
