A partnership with international back office system providers, Broker Back Office, includes a 20% discount on all fees for FEIFA members.

Broker Back Office offers a software package that connects international investment product providers with Independent Financial Advisers.

The system utilises state of the art internet technology to provide everything online to IFA business owners and their employees. It can be customized, to reflect a companies’ own website design giving all users the distinct impression that they work for a professional and pro-active organisation.

“Many of our member companies have expressed an interest in such a system and the Broker Back Office facility seems to meet most, if not all. of the needs expressed to me”, FEIFA CEO, Paul Stanfield, explains. “The discounts that we have arranged for our members make this service highly cost-effective, freeing up one or more staff members each month to focus on more profitable activities”.

The software allows IFAs to manage their businesses remotely. This includes the management of contact folders and prospect lists, business submission, client files, employees’ pay, preparation of accounts and bank statement reconciliation.

There is no limit to the number of people that can use the system within an organisation.

The latest affiliaton is the latest in FEIFA’s Partnership Programme, which was launched almost two years ago. The programme has attracted a large number of well-known industry heavyweights in combination with a good range of more specialist providers.

The Federation is a non-profit trade association for English-speaking IFAs who are based or operating on the Continent and now represents in excess of 350 advisers operating across Europe and further afield, advising on cumulative estimated assets in excess of €2.5bn.
