Client portals are a must
I couldn't agree more about the use of client portals being a key component in client relationships. My firm's been using one for years (we use portalsxpress.com). Our clients love the ability to login to their personal portal 24/7 to view or upload files. And they appreciate that everything is done through a secure site.

Client Web Portal
Comment for Morningstar Adviser Workstation clients: Great timing. Morningstar Adviser Workstation is launching an integrated Client Web Portal next week! It allows you to automatically run client reports, automatically upload them to the portal, and automatically email the clients to let them know a new update is available. Plus, you can upload any other documents you want to share with clients.
