NatWest International Personal Banking (NatWest IPB) has launched Sectors Cashback 3, a structured product for customers who want to have potential returns linked to different sectors with full capital protection.
The Index Linked Deposit is a three-and-a-half year structured deposit that offers two distinct options: to link potential returns to the performance of the RBS Environmental Strategy Index or the RBS UK Balanced Sector Index.
Sectors Cashback 3 is designed to provide the certainty of a fixed rate of interest on 30% of the initial deposit and the opportunity to participate in the potential gains of either the RBS Environmental Strategy Index or the RBS UK Balanced Sector Index on the remaining 70% of the deposit.
Dave Isley, head of NatWest IPB, said: “Sectors Cashback 3 is a varied account that provides options to suit a number of needs for savers with different savings styles and goals. Previous Sectors Cashback accounts have proved extremely popular with customers.
For example, when we first launched the Sectors Cashback account in 2009, it was a huge success, and the second product launched in 2010 proved even more popular. The increasing demand for the past two issues has proved there is considerable appetite for the product.”
