Jubilee Financial Products has launched the latest version of its Early Redemption Plan, which invests in securities issued by Morgan Stanley BV.
The plan is linked to the FTSE 100 index and DAX (Price) index and will last for a maximum of 5 years.
It also has annual early redemption dates. If on any of the annual observation dates both underlying indices close at or above their respective starting levels then the plan will end, and original capital will be returned together with a bonus of 11% for each year held.
Chris Powell, head of IFA sales, said: “Kick-out plans remain popular with investors. This product offers the potential for an attractive return linked to the performance of UK and German equities following the recent set-backs in the markets. We selected the DAX (Price) Index as an underlying because it has lower exposure to distressed peripheral economies and markets than many European wide indices”.
Capital is at risk when investing in the Early Redemption Plan Issue 14. If the plan has not already redeemed and either underlying index, FTSE 100 and DAX (Price) finish the investment term below its respective starting level then capital will decline by the proportion that the poorest performing index is below its starting level.
