Who in your opinion has stood out among your peers and made a difference to the financial advice industry in 2011?

Professional Adviser is seeking nominations for the coveted IFA Personality of the Year award, the highlight of the annual Professional Adviser Awards, which will be held on 9 February 2012 at the London Hilton, Park Lane.

There are many people who do sterling work on behalf the industry, whether in recognised roles within associations or as part of an IFA firm's commitment to progressing the industry, or indeed as individuals who want to ensure that financial advice grows and develops as a profession.

We are asking you, their peers, to put forward their names and up to 100 words saying why you think they should be nominated for the award.

Nominations will be taken until 30 November and a shortlist printed thereafter.

See this week's Professional Adviser for an interview with last year's winner, Tina Weeks.

Nominations should be sent to robkingsbury@kgrms.co.uk
