Lets at east get the facts right!
The FSA has issued additional guidance on the point of trail commission and while the principle of a sold business being unauthorised may create a commercial advantage for a buyer it does not diminish the input they could provide in handing over to a new firm who presumably will be providing the ongoing advice. If anyone out there has a well run business and is worried about this sort of scare mongering please call me 07768 402990.
