Fiona began her career in financial services in 1989 as a consultant for Eagle Star in Edinburgh's city centre. Following a successful sales career, Fiona was a founder member of Scottish Equitable's Sales Training team and spent 8 years training IFAs in the areas of pension planning, investment, tax and compliance.
She joined Scottish Life as Pensions Development Manager in 2004 in order to promote its pensions expertise to the IFA market place. This includes supporting Steve Bee, Head of Pensions Strategy at Scottish Life, during technical seminars and more recently the design and promotion of Scottish Life's new income drawdown facility - Income Release. Fiona is qualified as a Fellow, and is a former speaker for the Professional Finance Society. She is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute. She specialises in the areas of at retirement planning and pensions and divorce.

Vince Smith-Hughes is head of business development for pensions at the Prudential. Vince has worked in the financial services profession for over 25 years, and has previous experience as an IFA as well as holding senior pension roles at Clerical Medical and Winterthur Life. Vince is an experienced platform presenter at industry events and a regular contributor to trade publications on all matters relating to pension issues.
Vince lives in East Anglia with his partner and son aged 10.

Stewart has worked in Financial Services for just under 10 years, 6 of those have been with Hornbuckle Mitchell.
After gaining experience in Hornbuckle's administration processes, Stewart moved on to spend the next three years working as a Trustee Consultant covering Scotland and the North of England. Stewart's current role is as a Senior Technical Consultant, covering the whole of the UK supporting trustee consultants where required in more complex and unusual SIPP and SSAS cases and providing technical support to projects.
